The 90mm retractable EDF, the latest functional novelty with Het, TP, Hacker or similar engines, it completes the series of a wide, complete and performing range. These engines are indeed interchangeable with each other, always maintaining the highest levels of efficiency. This particularity allows you to combine this fan with a your engine that you may already have. Our service is always available for less experienced customers installation.

Our EDFs, tested with the engines mentioned above, return reliable and performing configurations. Numerous tests have been carried out in the construction and simulation phase to achieve our goal of providing the highest levels of efficiency and quality. Efficiency means the low electrical absorption transferred to high thrust and jet speed; this is made possible by the optimal balance of speed and rotation torque. Our 11-blade rotor, thanks to its high efficiency despite the high centrifugal force over long times use, was designed and built in a single block. To ensure greater strength and lower weight, the rotor is not composed of individually glued vanes but is a monobloc where everything is supported by a hub in Ergal milled with high precision CNC machines.

Use quality glue or adhesive tape to firmly attach the intake lip and not before starting the engine, otherwise one strong current of air depression could detach the lip and cause damage. When the motor is mounted, attention must be paid to the length of the screws that are not too long so that they do not touch its winding or other components. This can cause severe damage to the motor and controller. It is very important to shim the engine in 4 points with carbon ribs not on the diameter but on its length (in four or six points) so that it remains firmly locked in the carbon stator.

Operation of the engine outside the specifications listed above may cause damage to it or to the battery and regulator. It is important that the motor and governor are set correctly, just in case otherwise, the warranty may be invalidated. It is highly recommended that you use a watt meter to test performance when setting up a new system. If the current output is higher than the factory recommended specifications, then it must be adjusted by the regulator (esc). The timing and throttle settings on the controller they can help you set the appropriate levels.

Keep a safe distance between the user and the fan during testing and operation as suction of nearby objects may occur. Keep your hands away while the rotating part is in operation. Our EDFs have been designed to achieve the sound as faithful as possible to kerosene turbines. All units are crafted with precision and care by Vasyfan and i its craftsmen / technicians. The motors are installed by us in the factory. All parts are carefully checked and all rotating parts are dynamically tested and balanced.
