Numerous tests have been carried out in the construction and simulation phase to achieve our goal of providing the highest levels of efficiency and quality.
By efficiency we mean the low electrical absorption transferred in high thrust and speed of the jet; this is made possible by the optimal balance of speed and rotation torque.
Our 10-blade rotor, thanks to its high efficiency despite the high centrifugal force over long periods of use, has been designed and manufactured in a single block.
To ensure greater strength and lower weight, the rotor is not composed of individually glued vanes but is a monobloc where the everything is supported by a hub in Ergal milled with high precision CNC machines.
Use quality glue or adhesive tape to firmly attach the intake lip and cone before starting the engine, otherwise a strong draft of air depression could detach the lip and cause damage.
When the motor is mounted, attention must be paid to the length of the screws that are not too long so that they do not touch its winding or other components.
This can cause severe damage to the motor and controller.
It is very important to shim the engine in 4 points with carbon ribs not on the diameter but on its length (in four or six points) so that it remains firmly locked in the carbon stator.

It is important that the engine and regulator are set correctly in the following cases otherwise the warranty can be voided. We strongly recommend using a watt meter to test performance when setting up a new system. If the current output is higher than the factory recommended specifications, then it must be adjusted by the regulator (esc).
